Copper black marans hen

The marans is a very good French breed: it is a layer, rustic and solid which has the particularity of laying so-called `` ex tra soft '' eggs (the most beautiful and darkest in color of shine) this which is worth the nickname of '' goose that lays golden eggs ''.

The breed of Marans is quite sociable, it is a rather peaceful and calm hen that does not fly very high. She lays 150 to 200 eggs per year.
